By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. General Policy – No Returns / No Refunds
Due to the technical and industrial nature of our products, we do not accept returns and we do not provide refunds for correctly delivered and non-defective products.
- No “change of mind” returns
- No returns for ordering the wrong model, color, or specification
- No refunds for products that are already installed, used, or connected to any system
All sales are considered final, except in the limited cases described in Section 2 (Damaged or Incorrect Items).
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items (15-Day Notification)
We carefully check and pack all orders. However, if your order arrives damaged in transit, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the delivery date.
To process such a claim, you must:
- Send an email to [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
- Include:
- Order number
- Product code(s)
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
- A short description of the issue
If your claim is approved, at our sole discretion we may:
- Send a replacement product, or
- Offer a partial or full store credit (coupon) for future purchases
Cash refunds are generally not provided, except where required by applicable law.
3. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the issue is clearly caused by our error (wrong item shipped) and we approve the claim.
- If a replacement is approved, we will inform you whether return shipping or additional shipping costs are covered by us or by the customer, depending on the case.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Without limiting the general “no return” rule, the following are strictly non-returnable:
- Custom-made or special-order products
- Products manufactured or configured according to customer specifications
- Products that show signs of installation, modification, or misuse
- Products without original labels, markings, or serial numbers
5. Order Inspection
We strongly recommend that you:
- Inspect the package and products immediately upon delivery
- Check product labels, voltages, and model codes before installation
- Do not install or connect the product if you notice visible damage or if you suspect a mismatch
Once a product is installed or used, it is considered accepted and cannot be returned or refunded.
6. Warranty and Technical Support
This Refund and Returns Policy is separate from any product warranty or technical support we may offer.
If you believe a product has a technical fault after installation, please contact us for technical support at [email protected] with:
- Order number
- Product code
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos if available
Warranty decisions (repair, replacement, or no action) will be evaluated case by case according to product type and usage conditions.
7. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country or region.
If applicable law grants you rights that go beyond what is written here, those legal rights will prevail.
