2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to:
- Your use of the Website and any content, information, documents or media provided on it
- Any quotation, order, sale and delivery of products made via the Website or directly referring to these Terms
In case of conflict between these Terms and any separate written contract signed between you and Mucco Sinyalteknik, the written contract shall prevail.
3. Business Customers / Industrial Use
Our products are primarily designed and supplied for professional and industrial use (B2B – business to business).
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are purchasing on behalf of a business, organization or professional user; and
- You will ensure installation and use are carried out by qualified personnel and in accordance with relevant standards, wiring diagrams and safety regulations.
Consumer law rights may not apply in the same way as they do for typical B2C (consumer) sales. To the extent mandatory consumer protection laws apply, nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights.
4. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

- It is your responsibility to verify that the product is suitable for your specific application (voltage, IP rating, certifications, etc.)
We reserve the right to correct any typographical, technical or pricing errors without prior notice.
6. Prices, Taxes and Currency
Unless otherwise stated:
- All prices displayed on the Website are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, duties or charges
- VAT and other applicable charges will be added at checkout or at invoicing, according to the applicable regulations
- Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect confirmed orders
In case of obvious pricing errors (for example, a product listed at an unrealistically low price due to a clear mistake), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
